App unreliable

It was the first time I used the app and probably the last! It was three simple steps and I had a confirmed reservation but little did I know that it wasnt! Half an hour before my booking I received a call from the restaurant saying that they didnt confirm my booking and they couldnt seat me! This app was supposed to make outings easier but it just embarrassed me and my family!
