There’s not a United States or North America option for my region

Language setting stuck in Arabic and I cannot select region other than Canada and cannot change password.

Initial setup is annoying because the phone number supplied by the user must start with 1 in the USA. How about making that a default entry or telling the user? I cannot set up local restaurants because I can’t find a setting for my location. I keep getting restaurants 500 miles away in my “area”. I let them geolocate me and that still didn’t work. I have a confirmed reservation that shows up in the Eat app but when I enter the exact same restaurant in “search” it says “not found”. Wonky, goofy app!

Every time I attempt to create an account it tells me my phone number is invalid. I have entered it with the country code. WITHOUT the country code. In every format I can think (with “-“ and without: with “( )” and without.) every time the same thing. What is up people? Please tell your client in Indianapolis I’d love to dine there - AFTER they change their reservation app.

I’ve tried at least a dozen times. It says my phone is invalid. So I tried my work cell, same Error message. Tried my husbands cell. Same error message.

I was charged twice for one deposit for a total of $300. So unprofessional.

I downloaded app and it will only pick restaurants in Africa. It would not let me change location.

Although “United States” appears as a supported region, almost no US restaurants appear in app so entirely useless.

By far the worst mobile app I have tried. Totally useless and customer service is provided by morons.

Configuration of this app is impossible. It seems to think I am in Egypt as it gives me choices in Cairo. It will not let me select another region. Also it keeps setting my phone number as Canadian. I keep resetting it to US.

They call it a “confirmation” and then just “waitlist” you at “if there is a free spot”. Some of the restaurants they list are not even linked to them!

I choose the United States as my location and it makes me choose a region in the Middle East for a place to explore nearby 😐

I love this app coz it saves me time and effort and so easy to make my reservation and it also provides the best restaurants ever

They had reservation options for a restaurant that was not even affiliated with them. The host had no clue who eat was. My entire reservation went up in smokes. Eat just shoves in reservation options without even contacting the owners of the restaurant for permission.

I booked at a local restaurant, received 2 email confirmations and when my friends and I got to the restaurant, I was told we had no booking! They didn’t even acknowledge the app! I received no call or email to tell me my booking was not guaranteed - completely unacceptable. What a disappointment!

This app saves a lot of my time to find a place for dinner. Also it has all restaurants in my city and its base is been updated quite fast

User-friendly This is a great app that shows not only the location of restaurants but also their interior photos and menus with prices. Also there are symbols in the menu indicating vegetarian, nut-free and gluten-free dishes.

Great app that will answer the question if this or that restaurant is worth visiting. Must have if you travel Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Bahrain

Search by cuisine type, price range or location. Choose restaurants recommended by TripAdvisor (you can as well watch photos and read comments). Make your reservations at once. Really nice app!

As a vegetarian it took difficulties to find an appropriate place to eat in Dubai, but with this app it became easier. And due to the reviews I can be sure whether it 's worth visting or not.

I am pleasantly surprised by the big update of the app giving the great possibility to sort restaurants by location! I visited Dubai at the end of last year for a business trip and it helped me to save a good deal of time by simple discovering good restaurants to eat. I’ve recommended my colleagues to use it. And now I am going for a business trip to Bahrain definitely with this updated and easy to use app.
